About ordering our flowers online
Thanks for browsing our flower store. Buying online can be confusing and although we hope our store is easy to use, here are a few frequently asked question incase you get stuck or have any questions regarding delivery or the ordering system...
How do I pay for the flowers?
When you have found the flowers you want from our online flower store you simply add them to your basket and click 'Checkout Now'. From
here fill in your details and then you can choose to pay by credit card or with your Paypal account. All payments are handled by Paypal.
I'm not sure what arrangements I want for my wedding/event...

How do I know you received my order?
You should receive a confirmation email very soon after placing your order. If you have not received it after an hour please contact
us
and we will check to see if your order came in. It may be possible your email was entered incorrectly or there is an internet problem.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our floral arrangements to most of the Worcestershire area but if you would like something sent further afield please contact us first for a price.
How much is delivery?
We charge a set delivery cost of £4.50 per order in the delivery map area. There is no VAT to be added to orders. For out of map areas please phone
for availability before buying flowers online.
